You are not alone
Something has happened to make you think about getting a life coach. Some event that made you stop and decide that you don’t want to continue this way - you want more, you deserve more. This event could have made you sad like the loss of someone close to you. Or it could have made you angry, resentful, or even scared like a divorce, or a breakup. Perhaps you were stuck in a job you really didn’t like but it was paying the bills so you dealt with it - that is until you got laid off unexpectedly and now find yourself worried about finances and whether or not you are going to lose your home. Maybe you have been focused on raising your kids and now that they are grown and on their own, you aren’t sure what you want to do next. Or maybe, it is a combination of some or all of these things and you feel lost and not sure how to get yourself where you want to go - IF you even know where you want to go. That could be the big concern right there - what do you want?
Let me just tell you that I, personally, have dealt with some of those same issues myself; we all have. We all have dreams of how our lives are going to play out but all too often we leave them as dreams and never take the necessary steps to make them reality. Then these events happen and we sink even deeper into those limiting beliefs that we aren’t smart enough, strong enough, lucky enough, or have enough money to achieve what we want. We listen to others who are just as unsure as we are tell us that we are crazy if we think we can ever have (insert goal here.) Stay in reality, we are told, life doesn’t work that way for regular people. AND we listen to them.
If you have read up to this point, then you probably can relate to what I have said here. It is time for you to listen to the little voice in your head that is telling you to go after something else - something better. You do deserve it and you can achieve it but you need a coach - an accountability partner who can work with you to truly identify what it is you want and set up a road map on how to get there.
